Dr. Albert Benjamin Rockson, III is a licensed minister of the gospel of our Lord and Saviour. Jesus Christ. His ministry passion is to support the local church to build administrative leadership capacity for operational efficiency and effective ministry work. He has rich experience with practical knowledge and understanding of local church administration and ministry operations.

Dr. Rockson is a trained research scientist with varied professional backgrounds and work experiences in Church Administration,  Leadership and Organizational Development. He holds a Bachelor’s in Natural Resources Management from University of Science and Technology (UST) in Kumasi-Ghana, a Master’s in Water Resources Management from UNESCO/IHE institute for Water Educations in Delft, The Netherlands and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Walden University in the USA.

In his secular work from the late 1980’s, Dr. Rockson serviced some international programmes and also served on a number of institutional and national working groups and committees. in the early 2000’s, he took up full-time employment with his local church as Director of Administration after serving as a church volunteer worker for over fifteen years. He currently serves on the Admin and Human Capital Committee of his church.

Dr. Rockson is currently a lifetime member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (USA) and Golden Key International Society (USA). In December 2020, he launched his first book titled ” The Dynamics of Local Church Operations and Effective Work of the Ministry: An Experimental Exposition”.
