Church Mandate
Church Mandate
The universal mandate of the church was given by Jesus Christ Himself to the church [His body]. He commissioned the church to go into the world and preach the gospel of salvation, win souls and make disciples for Him.
Local Church Vision
The vision describes what the local church aspires to become or accomplish in the future in line with its divine assignment. We guide the local church to develop a vision statement to provide direction, focus, a target, a sense of purpose and a common goal for the church leadership, workers and congregations.
Local Church Mission
The mission describes why the local church exists and what it is expected to do. It is a clear expression of the purpose or ministry assignment of the local church, how it intends to achieve that and for whom [the prospective beneficiaries]. We guide the local church to develop a mission statement to help keep the church leadership, workers and congregations focused on the ministry assignments of the church.
Church Ministries
Church Ministries
The local church fulfills the universal mandate of the church through church services, programmes, events and the activities of ministry groups and teams guided by its vision, mission and philosophy. Church ministries are avenues and activities through which the local church achieves the universal mandate and the shared vision, goals, and objectives of the church. Church ministries are organized as Area Ministry, Group Ministry, Ministry of Helps and Social Interventions. We guide the local church to establish the requisite structures and systems [including processes] to effectively run the church ministries.
Church Resources
Church Resource
The local church fulfills its mandate through church ministries and is therefore endowed with resources for the work of the ministry. God expects the local church to efficiently manage these resources as good stewards. We guide the local church to establish the requisite structures and systems [including processes] for effective mobilization, management and utilization of church resources for the work of the ministry.
Church Administration
Church Administration
The church is a theocracy under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. However, the administration of the local church covers the issues of governance, leadership and management. We guide the local church to establish the requisite governance, leadership and management structures and systems [including processes] at all administrative levels for operational efficiency and effective work of the ministry.
Functional Structures and Systems
Functional Structures & Systems
Every system is perfectly designed to achieve exactly the results it is getting now” [anon]. The design of any system determines its function, efficiency or effectiveness. We guide the local church to establish the requisite structures and systems [including processes] at all levels to ensure order in the church, enhance operational efficiency and promote effective work of the ministry.
